Lease Management

We manage the NSW Government's Motor Vehicle Operating Lease facility (The StateFleet Leasing Arrangement) for passenger and light commercial vehicles. This arrangement is available to agencies approved by the Treasurer of NSW and can be applied to fleet sizes of anything from two vehicles to a few thousand.

You have the flexibility to choose the lease that best fits your business requirements. From a standard operating lease to an all-inclusive lease where all your vehicle operating costs are taken care of in one low monthly payment – there’s an option to suit your needs

Standard Operating Lease

An operating lease is a long term rental arrangement which provides you with a vehicle in return for a fixed monthly payment. StateFleet retains all the capital risks and costs associated with ownership of vehicle. When you return the vehicle there is no residual liability on sale

Our operating lease offers:

  • Online quoting and order facility
  • Acquisition and delivery of vehicles
  • Monthly billing for total lease cost
  • Recording and dissemination of lease information to clients
  • Disposal of motor vehicles

The vehicle is yours for the agreed rental term. The cost of maintaining and fuelling the vehicle remains your responsibility

All Inclusive Lease

In addition to the services offered under the standard operating lease, you can also choose to let us take on the operating risks associated with the maintenance and fuel of the vehicle. With an all inclusive lease, all your fuel, maintenance and registration costs are included in a fixed monthly payment. Our Account Managers can advise you on your best option.

Which vehicles can I choose from?

Making the right selection from our wide range of vehicles is as easy as turning on your PC. We offer small, medium and large passenger sedans and wagons, as well as light commercial and special purpose vehicles.

We purchase the vehicles through the NSW State Contract (No. 653), which makes it easy for you to access the complete vehicle range on contract. To view a list of vehicles available on contract, click here.
