July 2011 - Recall of Ford Cruise Control for PJ and PK Rangers.

Ford has released a safety recall on Ford Genuine Accessory Cruise Control fitted to PJ and PK Ranger vehicles.

Drivers must stop using the cruise control system as it may be faulty and fail to activate or de-activate while driving. It is important that immediate arrangements are made to book your vehicle into a Ford Dealership to disable the cruise control unit as a safety measure, until the parts become available to rectify this issue.
